This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, in addition to an additional six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.
The alternative records, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a team that has won it all.
The fact it required as late as Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, taking back their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowling attack that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.
It's challenging for their batsmen to maintain a record if never given the possibility.
Ultimately, the consequence of Australia conceding 330 was captain Alyssa Healy receiving an opportunity to produce her newest gem.
Initially recognized as the young family member of famous ex Aussie wicketkeeper Ian, she debuted in 2010 after Australia failed to win either of the T20 or ODI World Cups from the prior year and has experienced everything through 15 championship-filled years since.
Success in the T20 World Cup happened three months after her first appearance and seven international trophies have come from 10 tries across formats.
The tough gloveman was also there in Derby in 2017 when a last-four loss by India momentarily interrupted the winning streak.
That loss "motivated us to reconsider our benchmarks," Healy said this week.
At the next 50-over World Cup in New Zealand, Healy scored 170 against England in the championship match and was named player of the tournament. She made sure her country would not come up short.
If this newest brilliant performance exceeded that prior achievement is debatable.
Certain people claim the reasoning behind the pressure of a final. Some might respond with the difficulty that comes when pursuing an unprecedented total and a loud pro-India audience of 20,000.
What's clear is this hundred was considerably tougher to anticipate.
The Christchurch carnage in 2022 came as she was the highest scorer, but this knock was preceded by six games in India over the past few weeks in which she had been unable to reach 30.
"For those following me in training, it has been a frustrating experience because it appeared I've had no rhythm at all," stated Healy.
"But once you step out on the field, your fighting spirit activate and you just lock into the contest."

She reached fifty in 35 balls - her fastest at the World Cup - and her century in 84 deliveries while she punished short deliveries, striking 21 boundaries and three sixes.
Once she was removed Australia needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - a manageable total now needing a comfortable finish.
"Pursuing 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the belief to achieve that now," continued Healy.
"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we know we can do it."
Those words will be the last competing nations at this championship should hear.
In recent days a belief they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this victory succeeding win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one stage.
Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against traditional opponents England in Indore in ten days, by which point a last-four spot may well be secure.
It was in the semi-finals they left the prior year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - an encounter Healy missed because of ruptured tissue in her foot as she guided Australia for the inaugural occasion at a major tournament.
So great is her will, she afterwards commented she regretted not playing with the discomfort.
However although she afterwards confessed those physical issues have postponed thoughts of retirement, this tournament is expected to be her final tournament as skipper in ODI cricket and she is hasn't yet secured a global event as captain.
