For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
